Orders

  • Orders are all prepared by me (Kate). I make all my products in my home, so if there are small variations please keep that in mind. Colors shown on screen can vary slightly when printed out. I have over 75 5-star reviews on my etsy, and I have been working hard since August of 2020 to make my products better. Processing times vary dependent on the product orders. Custom orders take longer for me to process as there is more work that goes into them, so keep that in mind when ordering if it is for a gift or holiday. 

Shipping

  • I ship with USPS. Shipping is free on all my products. Shipping times may vary on how busy USPS is. Especially during the holidays, or slow down of shipping because of COVID-19. Once I ship an item, the item is in the hands of USPS and I am unable to help further. If your item appears to be lost you can always message / email me and we can figure out a solution together. 

Custom Orders

  • I offer many different custom orders. For some of my custom orders I require a photo, this photo should be sent to kmpaperco@gmail.com. Please make sure to check your email periodically as I send proofs of all my custom orders to the customer before finalizing them to be made and sent out to you. If you do not respond to my proof email within 24 hours, I will send a follow up the next day. If that email goes unread for 24 hours I will send out the product as is, and no adjustments can be made after that point.

Returns

  • I offer returns for products within 14 days of you receiving them. If you order a custom product from me they cannot be returned under any circumstances. You must pay shipping to send the product back to me, and once received by me I will verify no damage and process your refund (less the shipping costs I paid to send to you).
